Artificial intelligence. I’ve gone from rolling my eyes and resisting, to full acceptance and diving in with curiosity. 

How do we best use AI in business and daily life? 

AI is no longer a future promise or a headline, it is part of our working lives. Recent Microsoft surveys reveal that 75% of ‘knowledge workers’ already use generative AI at work, and most report that these tools save time, help them focus on important tasks and make them more creative. 

And Yet.

This rapid integration raises as many questions as it answers. How do we evolve our careers in an AI‑dominated landscape without losing the qualities that make us uniquely human?
